I had a brief moment of sheer panic when the fellow looking through the curtians midway through the clip seemed to bear a striking resemblance to Freddie Prinze Jr., but a quick visit to the IMDB set my heart at ease.
It looks pretty good IMO, can't wait until an English version appears.
